I Giovani Solisti hosted Chocolate Café, an annual gathering filled with music and food, at the Town Hall on Saturday, February 23, 2019. Concerts took place at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Both concerts featured the West Hartford Camerata, the town’s other crosstown orchestra; however, the afternoon performance included the Inter-El Orchestra, while the evening performance included the Bristow Bows.

Solisti and Camerata are auditioned chamber string ensembles that meet on Thursday nights from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. and prepare a wide range of baroque, classical, romantic, modern, and popular music. The orchestras’ next concert will take place in May in West Hartford Center. Attendance for the Spring Showcase is free, and more information can be found at solisti.us.
